Examination Application
The fee prescribed for different examinations will have to be paid separately as per University notification at that time. Normally applications for Nov/Dec University exams are filled in July/August and for April/May exams in Jan/Feb.

Conditions :
The admission to degree, diploma programme will be made twice in the academic year viz in May/June i.e in the First Term and in Nov/Dec. i.e in the Second Term. The duration of programme will begin from the said term.

A candidate desirous of seeking admission to any notified programme must have passed (a) the said qualifying examination with requisite percentage of marks prescribed (b) have cleared the Entrance Test prescribed by the University(BBA, BCA) (c) and fulfill other conditions.

A candidate must be of sound mind and must have completed 18 years of age as on the date of admission.

The candidate after admission will be assigned to Academic Centre of his/her choice through which a student will get services such as counselling, library and Lab facilities. The internal evaluation and University exams will be conducted at that Centre only. The Centre is allowed to arrange or rearrange the schedule for personal contact sessions/seminars. If the strength for a particular programme is below expectation, the programme will be conducted centrally at New Delhi or Pune.

A candidate after admission shall be treated as registered student of the University and will be governed by the rules and regulations made by the University or the Academic Centre or authorities such as State, Central Govt, UGC etc. in respect of discipline, examinations and the like.

Admission cannot be claimed as a matter of right.

The Director, Distance Education or the Controller of exams is not responsible for the loss of or the delay in the delivery of postal articles sent by them.

In case of any dispute the decision of the Vice Chancellor shall be final.

Personal Contact sessions /seminars
The PCS will be conducted at the Academic Centres during holidays (including Sunday's or Saturdays and public holidays). Normally during a Term for degree there will be 25 to 40 hours devoted to these sessions for theory as well as practical work.

For diploma there will be one seminar in each term.
In order to become eligible for respective Semester-end or Annual examination a student has

1. to attend Personal Contact Sessions / Seminars.
2. to complete study assignments to the satisfaction of the Co-ordinator.

The study centre support services shall be available for the period of minimum duration of the programme only. The repeat services can be available by paying additional curricular transactions fee.
